01 Introduction & Acceptance

Btbaje (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between btbaje and all its users ("members" or "you").

02 Account Registration

To access btbaje's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration Requirements

• Full Name — Your name must match what appears on your national ID.
• Active Mobile Number — A bKash or Nagad number is preferred.
• Email Address — an active email address used only by you.
• Date of Birth — to verify that you are of legal age.
• Strong Password — At least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one btbaje account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. The same applies when multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals or upon reaching certain thresholds. The KYC process may require submission of a national ID or passport copy along with proof of address.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. btbaje may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide proof or submission of false information will result in account closure.

Anyone who knowingly helps a minor access btbaje will have their account closed and may be subject to applicable legal action.

04 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are available for deposits at btbaje:

Deposit Limits & Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Deposits must be made only from your own verified payment account.
• Deposits from third-party names or accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Btbaje does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Source of Funds

All funds deposited on btbaje must come from a legitimate source. Deposits from illegal sources will be treated as money laundering and reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Standard members: processed within 6–24 hours.
• Silver Level: Within 12 hours.
• Gold Level: within 6 hours.
• Diamond Level: Instant.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold in the following circumstances:

• If the KYC process is incomplete
• In cases of suspicious transactions
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• Account Verification Pending

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All btbaje bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general terms below. Specific terms for each offer apply separately.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or markets.
• The wagering requirement must generally be completed within 30 days.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 are required for Sports Betting bonus eligibility.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

Btbaje takes bonus abuse seriously. Any of the following actions will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Following a deliberate betting pattern to circumvent bonus terms
• Claiming bonuses using false information

If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on btbaje are subject to the following general rules.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in specific circumstances).
• Once the bet confirmation screen is displayed, it is considered final.
• Bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be voided.

In the event of a cancellation

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For partially completed events, the outcome will be determined at btbaje's discretion.
• If a cancelled event is part of an accumulator bet, it will be counted as 1.00 odds.

Maximum Win Limit

08 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or using an account while being underage
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false identity or information
• Using automated software or bots
• Attempting to hack or defraud the platform's systems
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Engaging in any activity that damages btbaje's brand or reputation
• Threatening or harassing other members

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by btbaje

Btbaje may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In case of a Terms & Conditions violation
• On suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC process
• In the event of involvement in prohibited activities

Closed by Member

You may close your account at any time. Any active bets or bonuses at the time of closure will be cancelled. You may withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account.
